Full disclosure – this is my “home” coworking space and the owner, Nicole Vasquez is not only one bad ass coworking maven but also a dear friend and a respected colleague. Out of the hundreds of coworking spaces I’ve visited and or worked in, The Shift in Chicago is, in my humble opinion, the definition of what “true community coworking” is. If someone were to ask: “Well, is it ‘REAL’ coworking?” the answer, to quote Nicole would be “HECK YEA!”.
