This big news comes in time for business executives looking to resume air travel in the near future.
Before COVID-19 hit, American Airlines would charge passengers fees for any ticket name changes. A fee would be involved even if the reason for the name change was due to a typo while booking the flight.

Well, now the airline is being a bit more lenient when it comes to business and corporate flyers.
Passengers that are corporate customers, or have Business Extra or On Business accounts are eligible for the fee free name changes.
As long as you book your tickets before September 30, 2020 the name change can be done free.
