In all three rides (Method, Power, and Tempo) you’ll track stats like speed, resistance, and Total Power, compete with others, and challenge yourself to beat personal bests. Flywheel has also created a suite of off-bike Precision Training workouts to help you strengthen, sculpt, recover, and help you put even more power in your pedal strokes.
