A new shared space concept called Cloud39 has recently opened in the East Tamaki suburb of Auckland, NZ. Bringing cafe, coworking, community space and child care under one roof to SE Auckland, Cloud39 offers members an easy alternative to rush hour traffic. By providing this unique blend of “Space as a Service”, Cloud39 is proving that there is demand for shared space outside of the traditional downtown CBD (Central Business District).
Space as a Service
“Space as a Service” is a term more and more individuals in shared space, development and design are embracing as the real estate industry evolves. Cloud39 has filled their entire building by offering the following amenities and services:
New Build Construction
Out of School Care
Whether you’re looking for space to host an event, hold a meeting, grab some productivity or prep food, whatever your business is, Cloud39 provides space to support your needs.
Open Day May 19th
Cloud39 is hosting an “Family Friendly” Open Day on Saturday May 19th 2018 from 11a-3p. Families are invited to visit Cloud39 to take a tour, have some fun play time and get inspired to start or grow your business, side hustle or whatever it is you’re working on. In addition to refreshments from their cafe, a variety of activities will entertain children of any age. For parents, in addition to tours and coworking, the keynote presentation of the day will be given by our very own Mike LaRosa.
“How Coworking Saved My Life” is Mike’s story of great successes and even greater failures; the potential we all have within and last but certainly not least, the power of connection and community.
