CoCoHub, a coliving and coworking community for digital nomads, has announced the launch of CoCoHub HQ. Located on the island of Malta, this property is being promoted as the world’s first coliving “campus”.
CoCo Hub HQ – Birgu, Malta
Daniel Go, Founder of CoCoHub, posted updates showing a full “campus” that offers a mix of living, working and social spaces. By offering weekly options, whether you’re a digital nomad or location independent, they have space for you.
Demand has far exceeded expectations, so much so that there is now an application process. This due to as much interest in coworking memberships as coliving options.
Applying to CoCoHub HQ
The team running CoCoHub HQ uses this application process to ensure the best fit between the property, community and members. Private “Comfort” Rooms start at 255€ / week. These include a shared kitchen and bathroom. Studio Apartments with private kitchens and baths start at 395€ / week.
As part of their launch, they are offering a promotion where you get six weeks for the price of five. According to their most recent posts, coworking launches September 15th. Coliving is set to open October 1st.
