This is interesting news indeed! Hopefully this texting system will make planes safer for United passengers engaging in essential travel.
Because not too long ago, our very own Mike LaRosa, had a pretty indecent experience on his United flight.
It had appeared the plane lacked any true attention in the cleaning department. So hopefully this new texting feature will provide a better experience for United passengers from now on.
The new United Automated Assistant gives customers immediate answers to questions on cleaning procedures, airport and airplane safety policies, CDC and WHO guidelines and more.
So all you have to do is text “Clean” to FLYUA (35982) and then you’re on your way to getting some answers
