Tourists in need of a vacation to Hawaii probably won’t pass on this reopening. The main requirement is getting pretested for the coronavirus and the results coming back as negative. This will then omit the need for visitors to quarantine for 14 days.

Southwest Airlines typically has great deals flying to Hawaii from the continental US.
